My name in Vincent Stops, I was a Hackney councillor for 20, 2 years as lead member for transport and 16 as Chair of the Planning Committee. I worked for over 20 years in streets policy for London TravelWatch, London’s official transport watchdog, including cycling and walking policy. I've cycled in London for almost 2 decades.
